Valuations

Valuations are of great fiscal importance for purposes such as incentive/participation plans, business succession, and Box 3 (wealth tax).

A unique service from our office is the valuation of privately traded businesses and equity, often for tax purposes. In this context, we conduct valuations of special class shares, as well as valuations of businesses for potential sales or investment rounds.
